I know, I know. Only day 6 and already have fallen behind. Don’t worry, I called myself a slacker too. My weekends are normally pretty busy so it’s hard to find time to sit down and write, let alone sit down and think. So, why not get this party started and just play a bit of catch up, shall we?

I’m going to go ahead and combine 3/4 as they are similar.

Day 3-Favorite Horror Flick/Day 4-First Horror Movie You Ever Saw

Hands down, Halloween is my favorite. I love both old and new. I can’t lie, I am a HUGE Rob Zombie fan, his remakes are my absolute favorite. I will normally take the liberty of watching the majority of his horror flicks during the month of October.

Amazon.com: Halloween (Two-Disc Special Edition): Malcolm McDowell, Brad Dourif, Tyler Mane, Daeg Faerch, Sheri Moon Zombie, William Forsythe, Richard Lynch, Udo Kier, Clint Howard, Danny Trejo, Lew Temple, Tom Towles, Bill Moseley,

The very first Horror movie I saw was Child’s Play. It came out the year I was born, oddly enough, back in good ol’ 1988. Something about the movie drew me into it as much as it scared me when I was younger, something about that doll fascinated me so much. I still want a Good Guy doll, which I have recently seen at F.Y.E at the mall. Dreams can become reality ya know… I want to dress Eddie up as Chucky so bad one year. He has the perfect red hair and stature for such a costume. I’ll see what I can do. I then did fall in love with the rest of the sequels and was impressed with Mark Hamill doing the newest remake of it. He was a good choice voice actor for Chucky. I am also a HUGE Mark Hamill and Star Wars fan, so… Yea.

Amazon.com: Child's Play: Catherine Hicks, Chris Sarandon, Alex Vincent, Brad Dourif, Dinah Manoff, Tommy Swerdlow, Jack Colvin, Neil Giuntoli, Juan Ramírez, Alan Wilder, Richard Baird, Ray Oliver, Tom Holland, Barrie M. Osborne,

Day 5-Favorite Halloween/Autumn Food

Ever since I was a wee one, my Gram ALWAYS made chili dogs in the crock pot on Halloween night. This was and always will be tradition. Every time I bite into one of these I always think of cool crisp evenings, Trick Or Treating, and coming home to friends/family for our Halloween feast of Chili Dogs! Childhood memories are always so precious and to carry on tradition with my son is such a blessing in itself. He is my little hot dog fiend as it is, so slap on that hot dog sauce and some shredded cheese and it’s game over. Talk about food coma.

Day 6-What Type of Halloween Monster Would You Be?

Well, I believe this one is a no-brainer. I would one hundred and fifty percent be a werewolf. I would feel completely in tune and have no problems howling menacingly at the moon and looking for a tasty treat in the night. Preferably teenagers in old 50’s car down by the river looking for Halloween fun themselves. A-WOOOOOO!
